The Atlanta International Arbitration Society is hosting a presentation open to the public by CPR Dispute Resolution Services Senior Vice President Helena Tavares Erickson.
Helena will discuss CPR's innovative rules, protocols, guidelines, and model clauses that have been developed by the CPR Institute and utilized by parties, including:
- The Concurrent Mediation and Arbitration Protocol
- The Annotated Model Procedural Order for Remote Video Arbitration Proceedings
- The Protocol on Exchange of Information and Presentation of Witnesses in Commercial Arbitration
- The ICCA-NYC Bar-CPR Cybersecurity Protocol
The presentation will last for 90 minutes, with lunch to follow for those attending in-person.
