Rules

Since CPR's founding in 1977, CPR has been on the front lines of the ADR process, thanks to the input of the CPR Institute, CPR's think tank. Our rules are driven and informed by the CPR Institute and developed by end-users/parties who understand dispute resolution. CPR's rules, in conjunction with CPR's Panel of Distinguished Neutrals and our experienced and attentive matter management team, provide parties with value they can see - intended to bring parties to resolution faster and more effectively.

CPR's rules encompass a variety of options - including international - as well as industry-specific rules in employment, construction, and patent and trade secrets. CPR also provides an appellate arbitration procedure and fast track administered arbitration rules designed to result in the delivery of an award within a shortened, specified period as well as cutting-edge protocols and guidelines for use in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
