CPR Institute President Serena Lee will be joined by Mia Levi, CPR DRS, for the upcoming NAPABA annual conference in Los Angeles for a program entitled, “Behind the Curtain: What Really Happens in Mediation & Arbitration.” Those attending the NAPABA conference on Friday, November 13, 2026 will enjoy an interactive, entertaining and informative program where, in 75 minutes, attendees will get a peek into what mediators, arbitrators and ADR providers are thinking through a lively truncated mock mediation and arbitration simulation. Serena and Mia will be joined by a wonderful cast of speakers, who will embody their respective roles as clients, advocates, mediation and arbitration administrators and neutrals.

CPR Dispute Resolution Services is proud to participate in the NAPABA ADR Institute, a multi-day career and skills development program designed to provide participants with both a broad overview of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and substantive, hands-on training for careers in mediation and arbitration.

Led by the NAPABA Dispute Resolution Committee and experts from the mediation and arbitration field, the Institute is intended for:

• attorneys interested in incorporating mediation or arbitration work into their advocacy practice;
• individuals pursuing judicial careers who seek experience serving as neutrals; and
• those interested in becoming full-time mediators and/or arbitrators, either independently or through an ADR provider.
