Led by the NAPABA Dispute Resolution Committee and experts from the mediation and arbitration field, the Institute is intended for:
- attorneys interested in incorporating mediation or arbitration work into their advocacy practice;
- individuals pursuing judicial careers who seek experience serving as neutrals; and
- those interested in becoming full-time mediators and/or arbitrators, either independently or through an ADR provider.
The program features instruction from leading ADR practitioners and is supported by organizations such as JAMS, the American Arbitration Association, and CPR (International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution).
