Recorded Training Programs

CPR Dispute Resolution Services is excited to be able to provide the following skills-based trainings as a video resource for arbitration and mediation practitioners.  These webinars were created by CPR Dispute Resolution and CPR Institute’s Young Practitioners in ADR (Y-ADR), to serve as a resource for the ADR community.   We encourage you to visit our upcoming events page to view our calendar for any further scheduled trainings and webinars, or visit our Audio & Video page for other recorded webinars and podcasts.

Mediation Advocacy Skills Training Program

This three-part skills training equips advocates with the knowledge needed to help their client effectively use mediation to reach settlement, saving them the time and resources they would have needed to litigate or arbitrate their dispute.

Arbitration Advocacy Skills Training Program

This five-session skills training program for counsel in arbitration covers the arbitration process from start to finish. Each of the five sessions relates to one essential stage of the arbitration process and showcases how this era of videoconferencing and hybrid proceedings has created new obstacles and opportunities. Each session features a different group of panelists, all experts in dispute resolution. The series is intended for both new and seasoned practitioners, as the topics covered include best practices, expert insights, and tools to thrive in the virtual/hybrid space.

This program was generously sponsored by Philip Morris International.

Industry-Specific ADR Skills Training Series
