Less Carbon, More Speed: Responding to The New Rules of Arbitral Efficiency

Friday, November 20, 2026 | 10:30am-12:00pm

After the Green Walk through Bryan Park, join CPR for the CGA program, organized in collaboration with the CPR Institute.

In a rapidly changing global business landscape, corporate counsel are under unprecedented pressure to deliver swift, predictable, and cost-effective dispute resolution while advancing corporate ESG commitments. Historically, "greener" arbitration was viewed as a secondary concern, but today, the equation is starting to change. This panel, organized by the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations (CGA) North America Committee, demonstrates how adopting sustainable practices is a powerful lever for driving procedural efficiency and significant cost savings.

The session will also feature the announcement of the winner of the 2026 Annual Greener Arbitration Writing Competition, organized by the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations North America Committee and the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
