Natasha Richardson, Director for CPR Dispute Resolution Services, is an ADR administrative professional with 13 years’ experience. She strives to deliver quality case management services through collaboration, responsiveness and her natural ability to build rapport with clients and neutrals. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated to streamlining the ADR process.

Natasha studied political science at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio before moving to Atlanta, Georgia and taking a position as a case administrator at the American Arbitration Association in 2010. She was promoted to Manager of ADR Services in 2014 and remained in that position before accepting the title of Director of ADR Services with Alterity ADR in 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys family vacations with her husband and two sons, playing with her dog, reading, and baking.
