Natasha Richardson is the Director of CPR Dispute Resolution Services (“CPR DRS”), a subsidiary of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (“CPR”). In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact for CPR Dispute Resolution Services' case administration, supports the Vice President in managing CPR’s Distinguished Panel of Neutrals, and contributes to the design and delivery of ADR training and education programs. CPR DRS leverages the innovative resources and best practices developed by the CPR Institute, CPR’s renowned think tank.

With 15 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, Natasha brings a deep background in case management and client service. Before joining CPR, she held multiple positions at the American Arbitration Association, where she worked in both the commercial and construction divisions. Known for her collaborative approach, responsiveness, and ability to build strong relationships, she is committed to delivering high-quality case administration and streamlining the ADR process.

Natasha is actively engaged in advancing the ADR community and frequently serves on planning committees and as faculty for the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS).

A native of Ohio, Natasha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law from Ohio University.
