Stanford Law School Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course

CPR is proud to be a cooperative organization for the Stanford Law School Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration Course. 

Stanford Law School, in conjunction with the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, and the California Lawyers Association (Litigation and IPL Sections), are offering A comprehensive training in IP/Tech ADR advocacy skills on the Stanford Campus.

The course covers the soup to nuts of arbitration and mediation advocacy for IP/Tech disputes in both plenary and small practicum sessions.  Attendees will gain or improve their knowledge and practical skills for representing clients in IP and technology disputes.  Features of the program include:

• 15 hours of California CLE
• Upon satisfactory completion, attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion
