CPR Dispute Resolution is proud to be a part of this in-person event titled: The Role of Arbitral Institutions: U.S. Perspectives on Handling Arbitration Cases. Natasha Richardson, Director of CPR Dispute Resolution will be speaking at this event. 

The panel will present the perspectives of the U.S. based Arbitral Institutions in handling arbitration cases, international and domestic. The panel will discuss various topics from a U.S. institutional perspective and compare them with other countries, including discovery, language issues, related U.S. court cases, the role of national courts, diversity, how arbitrators are chosen, the use of AI, and arbitration costs.
