NYSBA Mediator Roundtable Series: April 2026 Edition

The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Mediation Committee’s Subcommittee on Mediator Professional Development will be hosting monthly free NYSBA Mediator Roundtables through June 16, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Roundtables are open to the public.

This Roundtable is designed as a forum for mediators of all levels, from newer mediators to seasoned practitioners, to share and discuss mediation experiences and suggested techniques with fellow practitioners. This will be an interactive dialogue, not recorded, so please come ready to discuss specific mediation challenges you have faced in recent practice and workshop them with other mediators.

We invite mediators of all levels of experience to join in this dialogue and learn from each other. We look forward to having this conversation with you! This Roundtable will be taking place every month through June 2026. 

The Moderators are Carmen Rodriguez and Marilyn Kunstler. 

The guest-host for this Roundtable will be Mia Levi, Vice President of CPR Dispute Resolution Services. She leads the ADR-provider side of CPR, including the matter management team and the CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals. In this role, she works closely with the CPR mediation panel and case managers on case-related issues, including what parties are looking for in a mediator.
