"AI in Bankruptcy Mediation: Enhancing Settlement Outcomes," on Friday, April 24 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. 

What is the proper role of artificial intelligence (AI) in mediation, and who is using it? This session will explore the AI tools being used for processing voluminous financial records or case backgrounds, as well as using AI to model settlement ranges and outcomes/valuations, and confidentiality and privilege issues. This session is hosted by the Emerging Industries & Technology and Mediation Committees.
