Zoom

The College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) invites arbitrators to learn more about CPR’s new Guidelines for Arbitrator Disclosure as well as other important issues regarding disclosure requirements and best practices for arbitrators.  This informative webinar takes place on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 12:30PM - 1:30 PM ET.

The panelists will discuss developments in the disclosure and conflicts of interest responsibilities of arbitrators in international arbitrations, including the recently-released guidelines on these topics issued by both CPR and the IBA, as well as recent case law. Since, under U.S. law, the same standards apply to both international arbitrations and domestic commercial arbitrations governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, this webinar should be of interest to arbitrators serving in both domestic and international arbitrations.

Don't miss this opportunity to stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in the field.
