The 2025 CPR Annual Meeting will be held February 5-7 at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, a newly renovated hotel on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This annual conference brings together the diverse thought leadership of in-house counsel at top companies and law firms, as well as academics and leading mediators and arbitrators for thought-provoking discussion and insights into the critical issues, best practices, and new developments in dispute management and prevention.

Companies and law firms that have already registered in-house counsel, partners and other leaders include Bayer, Microsoft, Amgen, ConocoPhillips, DLA Piper, BakerHostetler, White & Case, Holland & Knight, Williams & Connolly, Fluor, Airbus, Eversource Energy and more. The full list of registrants will be available in the event app to facilitate networking and professional connections among attendees.

The agenda comprises 11 panels, plus keynote speaker Judge Rosemary Barkett who is currently serving on the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal. Judge Barkett was the first woman Justice and the first woman Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. She is retired from the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

The conference includes the Welcome Reception, all meals and snacks, the Awards Cocktail & Dinner, and 10-12 hours of CLE in 19 jurisdictions.
