This program, presented by the New York State Bar Association's Commercial and Federal Litigation Section, will address ways in which commercial arbitration and mediation are – and are not – achieving their objectives – and will identify and explore ways we can do better.  

Who should attend?

  • This program is designed for neutrals and litigators who would like to explore ways to assure that their cases achieve the arbitration and mediation objectives as genuine and useful alternatives to court-based litigation.

Speakers include CPR Dispute Resolution Services Vice President Mia Levi, who will be discussing "Report from Providers – Insights as to How We Can Do Better and Ongoing Initiatives to Make it Happen"; and arbitrators and mediators from the CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals.
