2024 ABA Arbitration Training Institute

CPR Dispute Resolution Services is excited to be a part of the 2024 Arbitration Training Institute hosted by the ABA (American Bar Association). 

Presented by nationally recognized experts, the Institute features comprehensive sessions on every stage of the arbitral process examined from the vantage point of neutrals, advocates, and in-house counsel. Substantive sessions address specific areas of arbitral practice. Small group break-out discussions follow, which allow participants to interact in depth with the faculty and each other.

This training is for neutrals who wish to improve their arbitration skills as well as in-house counsel interested in learning the nuts and bolts of arbitration and best practices for managing existing arbitral matters.

CPR Dispute Resolution Director, Natasha Richardson will be speaking on the June 6th panel titled: Getting Started and Staying Active: Lessons From Providers and Practitioners and the June 7th panel titled: Breakfast and Small Group Discussions: Building an Arbitration Practice.

Please note that this program will be exclusively in-person in Atlanta, with no virtual presentation or attendance elements.
