In arbitration, expert witnesses can significantly influence the outcome of your case, but presenting it effectively requires a different playbook than litigation. In this program, experienced arbitrators offer practical guidance on every stage of the expert witness process: preparing your expert to testify, presenting testimony persuasively, and managing the witnesses and their testimony. Whether you are an advocate, in-house counsel, or a sitting arbitrator, you will come away with actionable strategies grounded in real arbitration practice.
