CPR’s Dispute Resolution Services is excited to support the first all-day program on court-appointed neutral (special master) ethics, which will take place on October 23, 2025 from 10am-5pm EDT.  The program is hybrid – LIVE at New York Law School where a reception will follow; and remotely. This symposium will feature expert speakers and panelists who will summarize progress to date and invite proposals for advancing this area of legal ethics. Lunch and a post-event reception will be included.

The program is co-sponsored by New York Law School, numerous organizations including the New York Judicial Institute, ABA Judicial Division, Section of Dispute Resolution and Center for Professional Responsibility, AAA, CPR Dispute Resolution Services, bar organizations and the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals. 

COST:
$50 for in-person attendance; no cost for livestream

CLE:
3.5 credits in professional practice, 3.5 credits in ethics (NY transitional and nontransitional)
