This program is open and free only for CPR Members and CPR Neutrals. It is sponsored by CPR Institute's Arbitration Committee.

The first quarter of the 21st century marks 25 years of significant evolution in arbitration. Our esteemed panelists represent the CPR arbitration community in experience, viewpoints (CPR neutrals, outside counsel and in-house counsel and academia) and geography.

These years have seen the growth of electronic disclosure worldwide, virtual hearings and now AI. They have also seen tremendous changes in the make-up of neutral rostersspecialization and increasing solidification of English as the language of arbitration while diversification of arbitral seats has also surged.

Our panelists will explore these and other changes and offer a glimpse into what may come.
