CPR Dispute Resolution Launches Digital Dispute Resolution Platform

CPR Dispute Resolution’s Complete Case platform will better support users of dispute management.

New York, NY  - The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), a global non-profit organization that helps others manage conflict so that they might better pursue their purpose, is launching a new end-to-end case management platform through its subsidiary, CPR Dispute Resolution. CPR Dispute Resolution’s Complete Case platform is licensed from Immediation, the Australia-based digital legal environment provider.

CPR Dispute Resolution is a leading alternative dispute resolution provider for business-to-business and employment disputes.

The platform provides CPR Dispute Resolution, the 600+ neutrals - mediators and arbitrators on its worldwide Panel of Distinguished Neutrals - and parties (and their counsel) with a holistic end-to-end digital environment to handle more matters more efficiently and securely.

The platform is ISO 27001 certified, a leading international standard for information security.

Configured specifically for CPR Dispute Resolution, the platform provides for:

  • filing matters
  • secure communications among neutrals, CPR and parties
  • selection of neutrals by parties
  • organized folders for document storage
  • case management by CPR administrators and neutrals

The integrated video-conferencing feature will allow parties and neutrals to seamlessly connect to their conference, while viewing case files, collaborating on shared documents, and creating their own annotated files for later review.

“With this platform, CPR Dispute Resolution has digitized our global arbitration, mediation and other ADR case management services,” said Allen Waxman, President and CEO of CPR. “The platform provides enhanced security and will provide neutrals, parties and our own case administrators more efficient and effective options for resolving disputes.”

“CPR Dispute Resolution rules, protocols and guidelines are created by users of ADR services and thought-leaders in the CPR Institute, and are characterized by innovative, cost effective and expeditious features,” said Mia Levi, Vice President of CPR Dispute Resolution. “This cutting-edge digital platform is a natural extension of CPR Dispute Resolution’s mission to resolve disputes promptly, fairly and confidentially.”
