Federalist Society Teleforum on Mass Employment Arbitration

A September 22 panel hosted by The Federalist Society reviewed the increasing use of the mass-arbitration approach from the perspective of employer-side and employee-side attorneys. The panel, titled "Mass Arbitrations: Challenges, Benefits, and Proposals for Improvement" and featuring CPR President & CEO, Allen Waxman, also discussed proposals for modifying arbitration procedures to accommodate mass arbitrations, including, in particular, the new Mass Arbitration Protocol released by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.

Allen was joined on the panel by David E. Gottlieb, Partner, Wigdor LLP. The event was moderated by Christopher C. Murray, Shareholder, Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C.
