It reflects the dynamic changes that cyber threats require."

In "Cybersecurity in International Arbirtration Highlighted," CDR covered the launch, by CPR and other leading arbitral institutions, of the 2020 Cybersecurity Protocol for International Arbitration, which it describes as offering new guidance ahead of the 2020 congress of the International Council of Commercial Arbitrators (ICCA) in May.
