In "Arbitration Cybersecurity Protocol Outlines Best Practices," Law360 describes the launch of the 2020 Cybersecurity Protocols for International Arbitration developed by a working group comprising CPR, ICCA and the New York City Bar Ass'n. 

Law360's Caroline Simson, who covered the launch event during New York Arbitration Week, quoted Working Group members as stating that that "this version of the protocol ended up being quite different from the consultation draft released in April 2018, and that they expect the document to keep evolving as the technology continues to change and new cyberthreats emerge."
