Cybersecurity Working Group Mentioned in Financial Worldwide Roundtable

In the June 2019 Financier Worldwide Magazine, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Roundtable, panelist Timothy Nelson of Skadden referenced the Working Group on Cybersecurity consisting of representatives of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) and the New York City Bar Association as one of "several recent initiatives among professional organisations to address cyber security concerns." 

"This may well result in changes, hopefully for the better, in the way tribunals operate," Nelson said.
