Bloomberg Law Discusses Arbitrator Diversity

BNA

In "Lack of Arbitrator Diversity Is an Issue of Supply and Demand," BNA/Bloomberg Law summarized recent improvements, in terms of racial, ethic and gender diversity, within "the three primary arbitral entitles that resolve employment disputes," but stressed the continued dominance, in terms of numbers, of white men.

CPR was the only arbitral entity mentioned in the article for which statistics for actual selection of diverse candidates (at 31%) was provided, in addition to a recitation of percentages of diverse candidates listed on the complete organization's roster.
