Global Legal Post Notes CPR & CEDR Joint Insights Report and European Conference

In an article on the inaugural London International Disputes Week, "LIDW19 ends on a high," The Global Legal Post reported on two CPR items, the first being the joint report recently issued by CPR and CEDR -- showing, the article stated, "that whilst negotiation is by far the most popular method for early dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation are often being used proactively to achieve resolution and manage conflict."

The paper also mentioned CPR's collaboration with CPR in staging the 2019 European Conference on Business Dispute Management on May 15.
