GAR Covers CPR's Young Lawyer Rule and Diversity Award

Global Arbitration Review

CPR covered two recent CPR announcements: The "Young Lawyer" Rule, included in the revised non-administered arbitration rules going into effect in March 2018, and the winners of CPR's 2018 Diversity Award.

As GAR states in the article, "This is not the first time CPR has been innovative. It won a prize for innovation at the GAR Awards in Shanghai for an optional procedure it created whereby parties appoint arbitrators, but they remain unaware of who appointed them."

GAR also notes CPR's long commitment to diversity in arbitration.
