AT&T Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, Bruce Byrd, Joins CPR’s Board of Directors

New York, NY—The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), a global non-profit organization that manages conflict to enable purpose, announced the addition of Bruce Byrd, Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, AT&T, to its Board of Directors.

Bruce is responsible for legal affairs for AT&T Communications, AT&T’s largest operating company, directing legal, compliance and privacy matters for a company that generates over $140 billion in annual revenue and has over 180,000 employees.  He was appointed in August 2017.
